Every Stevie Lu item is professionally printed in-house and made to order especially for you. We take pride in our products and want you to love your purchase!

Made-to-Order Items

Because our apparel is made to order, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Changes of mind
Personal preferences
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please review the product description, size options, and color selection carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

For confirmed errors or defects, we will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

If we made a mistake with your order, we'll work to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
